Hert Bots Ltd uses artificial intelligence tools as part of our content production and service delivery. We believe in being transparent about how AI is used and maintaining human oversight at every stage.

How We Use AI

We may use AI tools to assist with:

  • Drafting blog posts, guides, and marketing content
  • Generating initial drafts of service descriptions and FAQs
  • Research and information gathering
  • Code generation and website development
  • Client-facing AI features such as chatbots and voice agents

Human Oversight

All AI-generated content is reviewed and edited by a human before publication. We do not publish raw AI output without review. The editorial team is responsible for ensuring accuracy, tone, and alignment with our Publishing Principles.

Accuracy and Quality

We recognise that AI tools can produce inaccurate or misleading information. Our review process is designed to catch and correct such errors before publication. If an error does make it through, our Corrections Policy applies.

Client AI Features

For client-facing AI features we build and manage (chatbots, voice agents, automated quoting), we configure these tools to provide accurate, helpful responses based on verified business information. These tools are monitored and refined on an ongoing basis.

Data Handling

When using AI tools, we do not input sensitive client data or personal information unless the tool's data handling meets our privacy standards. Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle all data.
